Please pay the congress fee by bank transfer after you have registered. You will find details for the payment at the bottom of this page. Your participation will be confirmed with a personal e-mail after we have received your payment.

The students’ quota is 25 first registrees on “first come first serve” basis.
If you register as a student, a copy of the Student Identity Card or a certificate of the student status with the signature of the head of the institute or department must be sent before the intended registration deadline as a scanned document via e-mail to the Congress secretariat, SLHS(at)tuhatjayksi.fi. Please note in the e-mail title “student certificate”.

The congress fee covers participation in all sessions of the congress, the Book of Abstracts, lunches and coffee / refreshments during the congress days and Get-together party on Wednesday evening 29 May, 2013.
The congress fee does not cover the Congress Banquet at the New Clinic on Friday evening 31 May, 2013, nor the excursions on Saturday 1 June, 2013. These prices will be added to the congress fee.
The reduced fee for those who want to attend only part of the congress is 50 EUR. The fee covers the possibility to attend the plenary sessions and two of the parallel sessions. The fee also covers the Book of Abstracts, but not lunches or coffee. Please fill in the registration form.
Accompanying persons are welcome to attend the Get-together party on Wednesday evening free of charge. We also warmly welcome them to attend the Congress Banquet on Friday evening 31 May and excursions on Saturday 1 June. They will be charged the same price as the regular participants of the Congress. Please note that for the smooth running of the congress it is important that also Accompanying persons register.
Cancellation of registration and refund policy
All cancellations have to be made in writing to the Congress secretariat SLHS(at)tuhatjayksi.fi. Cancellations received before or on 30 April, 2013 are entitled to a full refund minus 50 EUR as administrative fee. Refunds are processed after the congress.
Refunds will be made at the exchange rate of the processing date. The organizers cannot be held responsible for a loss caused by alteration in exchange dates. No refund will be issued for cancellation received after 30 April, 2013.

Regrettably we cannot accept credit card payments of the congress fee.
